Very prompt and efficient service when I arrived at A and E.
At every level of care, the person who was looking after me introduced themselves by name (personal touch).
All treatment has been explained to me.
Smiley, patient doctors, nurses, cleaners etc. Well done.

Couldn't praise it more highly, from the tea lady to the nurses, doctors and whole team - everyone has been wonderful. Always smiling, nothing is too much trouble day or night.
Excellent. I love the fact the nurses take time to explain each tablet to you keeps you informed.

The care from nurses and sister was excellent.
The communication from doctors/consultant was brief but clear. It seemed a bit rushed!
